Mr. Syed Shamoon Hashmi

Syed Shamoon Hashmi is a Joint Secretary, National Assembly of Pakistan.  He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of the Punjab, Lahore and a Diploma in Advance & Creative English Writing from the Bournemouth University, England. Syed Shamoon Hashmi holds an active track record as a human rights activist and in particular the Gender related issues.
