Abida Parveen is a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from University of Peshawar and currently work with Lalazar Company as Town Planner while doing her Diploma of GIS/RS. She is of the idea that a planned town leads to a peaceful society because when we plan for things, we consider all kinds of issues whether it may be regarding Ecosystem, social issue future planning. For that purposed, she is working hard to make sustainable and achievable plans to guide the society towards development. On the other hand, she also works for the interfaith harmony and peace among diverse groups. She leads young group of individuals with different ethnic and religious identities and develops their sense of acceptance and tolerance so that they can bring a chain of positive chain within the society. She has also worked on different peace projects including Peace through Mobile Journalism sponsored by Extremely Together, has done her literary contribution to the peacebuilding in The Mirror of Society and contributed her voluntarily services to the KhwandoKor for Peacebuilding and Gender Equality.
