Altaf Hussain Shah is the qualifier of CSS 2021 and has been allocated in Pakistan Audit & Accounts Services. He comes from Ghotki, Sindh and had his primary to intermediate education from there. Since, past 10 years he has been living in Jamshoro and has done BE in Petroleum Engineering and MSc in Criminology. Since University days, he has been involved in social entrepreneurship and has organized number of notable events of national level, Big Event Pakistan – the first of its kind in Asia – is one among them. Apart from them, he is an avid reader and has been maintaining blog on Instagram to upload book reviews and guide CSS aspirants in order to spread reading culture and provide sincere guidance. Professionally, he has been involved in teaching since 2018. Currently, he is CSS Mentor/Instructor as well at Paragon Academy, and his online classes portal.

Apart from all this, he has been involved in social welfare during pandemic, inter-faith harmony book reading groups, and inter-cultural reading groups. Through Salamti fellowship by becoming a peace agent, Altaf intends to get a path and a platform to further work for the peaceful Pakistan.
