Mr. Bilal Khan is a music enthusiast, a music teacher, a social worker and peace activist. Graduated from University of Malakand in sociology. He moved to Islamabad for further studies.

Having passion for music he built his skills in Rubab (Musical string instrument) playing and nertured his level upto the best music teacher, which led him to establish a proper music school in January 2018 with the name Ahang Kada Arts and Music school in Islamabad.

Ahang Kada music school, having diverse students play a wonderful role not only to spread musical knowledge but cultural engagement and harmony too is one its core achievements.
He is the executive member of Acts of Kindness (volunteer based social organization) and the fellow of Salamati Fellowship.
In September 2015 he got 1st prize at National Grand Rubab contest arranged by Lok Virsa Islamabad. In December 2015 he got Innovation Youth Award.
