Ehsam is the founder of Pakistan Innovation Summit for Education-PISE, a youth led organization that promotes education in the far flung areas of Pakistan. He has established libraries, tech centers, women entrepreneurship centers, and worked with the local government to tackle climate crisis in Hunza (Northern Pakistan).

Ehsam also designed a cross-cultural fellowship program for the youth of Pakistan to understand the issues faced by Northern Pakistan. In summer 2019, Ehsam participated in SRHR workshop with Rise Up in US. He also attended the University of the Underground’s summer school. He is currently chairing ‘E-Rozgaar’- a tech program formed in partnership with the government of Gilgit-Baltistan that aims to eliminate unemployment by providing digital skills to the youth in the region.
