Fawad Haider is a fresh graduate of Economics (Social science), and is currently working with UNICEF in education project through education department.

Also working Part time with british council as community training facilitator in Awaz-II project working on thematic areas of Child labor, Early and forced child marriages, Gender based violence and conflict resolution, has actively worked on children’s informal education within the local slums and hard to reach areas of kurram the area newly merged districts. He remained in affiliation with social sector for the last two years, has worked on Youth leadership, Women empowerment, economic empowerment, interfaith harmony and promotion of peace.
Besides this he is also volunteer member of council for communal harmony Peshawar, working on the promotion of inclusion, acceptance and social cohesion, he is also a member of Blood bank and welfare society Parachinar.

Social work and social activism has been the center of his effort to create innovative and sustainable solutions for social problems like sectarian issues, less enrollment in girls education, Empowering the deprives youth and many more the pursuit led to his idea of “Communication Skills” being shortlisted in international conferences of SDG’s and climate change in PC Malam jabba swat where sustainable development goals specifically Gender equality, decent work and economic growth and clean water and sanitation were discussed and planned further projects in this regard. and interfaith harmony by Awqaf department Khyber pakhtoon khwa, where representatives of different faiths gave the message of interfaith harmony.
