Profile Brief | Junaid Akbar is graduate from Peshawar University in Bachelor of Arts and currently working as Freelance soft Skills Trainer with different organization across Pakistan but to reach here wasn’t easy task, first he started his social activities from British Council platform as volunteer in 2018 and completed his first SAP by enrolling 14 OOSC in Government Primary Schools, in 2019 he has been selected for the position of Facilitator in British Council project call TACS and Trained 150 young volunteers in two Districts (Swabi and Nowshera) that year, in 2020 he got selected as District coordinator and serve on that position for 18 months in this period he successfully executed sports rollout of 8 weeks in 8 schools across district Swabi also successfully implemented pilot phase of IFERB project in same school with 100 students for 4 months. Side by side in that critical situation of COVID he also Trained 60 more volunteers for same project and also conducted online orientation session to 60 volunteers of different districts on British Council project Aawaz II, in 2021 he has been selected as Master Trainer for British Council project Aawaz II, with that he didn’t stop investing on his personal capacity building and attended TTYT organized by School of Leadership Karachi. Same year he Trained British Council project staff of district Swabi and Charsadda on core and thematic areas, as he was in touch with project Aawaz II got selected for ACA Facilitator and Trained 90 ACAs so far across district Swabi in 2022, same year he got an opportunity to Train 50 youth each from Swabi and Nowshera for COVID vaccination drive and also independently completed Coping with corona project with 62 adolescents in three Districts, Swabi, Mardan and Nowshera and vaccinated 372 people from local community. He not the man to stop at any stage he is struggling and in near future he is going to launch his own startup and initiating his soft Skills Enhancement organization by the name of JAL&DI ( Junaid Akbar Learning and Development Institute) |
