Lal Zaman is a social researcher and activist. He holds both Bachelors of Science (BS) and Masters of Science (MS) in Sociology from University of Malakand and International Islamic University Islamabad respectively. Beside that, he is currently working as Junior Program Manager with an old German political foundation Hanns Seidel Foundation Pakistan1 for the mission “In the service of democracy, peace and development”. Mr. Zaman has vast experience of social research and had published more than 13 research papers in various national and international journals and also had presented some in various conferences.
Lal Zaman is a passionate and dedicated social activist. He is engaged with national and international organizations for promoting peace, harmony and social inclusion, social awareness, civic education and on greater level he is handling a project to promote federalism in Pakistan.
