Mary Pervaiz is a Lahore based mental health professional. Having an experience at working for various public and private organizations she derives a holistic approach towards mental health. Noor Girls Shelter Home, Human Rights Crisis Centre Lahore, Willing Ways, Infinite 8 Institute US, Family Services and Schlegal Centre for Service and Justice are some of the places that she has worked with. 

She is the Director and co-founder of Thrive Psychological Services. Thrive provides counselling and clinical services and currently working on raising awareness about sex education as well as violence and abuse against all genders in Pakistan. She follows a holistic approach towards well-being and hence in partnership with The Fitness Lounge to ensure physical health as a priority to combat mental health issues.
