Maryam Bilal is Finance Graduate from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan and is currently working as Hotel Manager. Leading and educating a diverse group of people with an approach of promoting people’s common basis has been her center of effort to promote equality, interfaith harmony, tolerance and humanistic beliefs at both individual and institutional level.  

She worked as a research consultant for UNICEF’s “Improving Adolescents lives in South Asia”. Reality Check Approach was the technique used to study the issues that specifically affect adolescents, like early marriage, reproductive health, access to education and safe work further compounded by contextualized religio-cultural, political and social changes. 

As a social leader, she seeks to spread the message of harmony and tolerance among the followers of all religion, beliefs and faith through educating people on “Avoid Sweeping Generalizations”
