Tayyaba Zulfiqar is an English Language Instructor at Bahria University, Islamabad and has been teaching English for a decade. She is active with mentoring youth and has trained more than 3000 undergraduate students for Public Speaking and career counselling. She is a philanthropist by heart, and loves taking care of stray animals, because she believes that, “This world is created for all lives, not just human lives.” She is an environmentalist and promotes projects like tree plantation, and elimination of Plastic. She is a Salamti Fellow, and is currently working on her Peace Project, “TAP” – Teachers as Peace Agents under her organisation, “NAPA” – National Association of Peace Advocates”, and plans on training 1000 students per year to become progressive Peace agents.
