Jayaa is a young peace promoter who is passionate to bring positive change in the society. She has rendered her services voluntarily from community development. She holds excellent academic record from school to university. She is co-founder of an initiative “Roshan Soch” that aims to provide quality education and inculcate good qualities among students including ethics, critical thinking, tolerance and peace.

She is heading two initiatives Alliance for Peace and She Matters to advocate for peace and rights of women. She is serving as Project coordinator of Minority Leadership Development Program that aims for capacity building of minority political wings.  She is a Kectil Colleague and Harvard Emerging Leaders Program alumnus. She is serving as VP membership of Rawalpindi Toastmasters club. She is an accountapreneur and working under mentorship of Accountability Lab. She has been awarded with many accolades for her services to the community. She is honored with Youth Icon 2019 award by government of Punjab and Bargad.
