After the learning and experiences from Salamti Fellowship Program, Muhammad Shoaib Raza decided to work on inclusivity in his society by creating a platform of diverse students from different institutions to interact and discuss the importance of inclusion, culture and leadership. He decided to gather university students, madrassa students and transgender under one platform and make them experience to visit madrassa and university as an element of cultural exchange within the societies. Students from Jaemia Naeemia visited University of Punjab and vice versa to understand different perspectives, cultures and diversity in the same societies. This further included diversified audience in terms of religion and culture based in the society. Also, the key focus was the inclusion of transgender community in sessions to understand their viewpoint while discussing the Islamic thoughts. This was aimed to promote the significance of inclusivity and tolerance within the existing communities. This would open up more avenues and opportunities for the participants to explore different cultures and the significance of inclusion. Besides, this activity created different arenas for transgender to interact and collaborate with other participants while better understand their rights given by religion and national law
