Raja Shoaib Akbar Executive Director SFEA Mr. Shoaib Akbar has done his Masters in Law and Political Science. He expertise are in Program Management, Team building and Management, Advocacy on issues of Governance and Policy, Education Research, Budget Study, Democracy and Elections. He has more than 17 years of extensive experience, working in the development sector for Peace and Development Initiatives. His diverse skills include program management, handling multiple projects simultaneously and building synergies in different projects as part of a larger program. Currently, he is working as Director Programs at Shaoor Foundation for Education and Awareness. His extensive experience of working with volunteers, communities and the policy makers has polished his capability of building synergies and finding allies for any cause that he is pursuing. He has previously led effective projects on Education, Study of Education Budget and Spending, Governance, Public Accountability, Democratic Education and Election Observation.
