SALAMTI FELLOWSHIP's IMPACT

Over the past 13 cohorts, the Salamti Fellowship has grown into one of Pakistan’s most impactful peacebuilding initiatives, nurturing a diverse network of 389 Peace Agents from more than 80 districts. Through intensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support, these fellows have implemented 207 Community Action Projects (CAPs), directly benefiting over 200,000 people and reaching millions more online through the Peace Without Borders campaign. Beyond numbers, Salamti’s true impact lies in the way it has transformed mindsets, empowering youth to reject intolerance, bridge divides across religious, ethnic, and regional lines, and serve as first responders to conflict in their own communities.
