Mr. Shahid Rahim has an experience of 15 years in the development sector, specifically in Youth Development, Peace building, Conflict Transformation, Capacity Building, Social Security, Women Empowerment Rural Development, and Emergency & Relief projects. He is a certified trainer in peace building and conflict transformation. Currently, he is working as Senior Manager – Program in one of the Leading Peace building organizations Search for Common Ground Pakistan Country Office Islamabad. Along with that Mr. Shahid has worked in Church World Service Pakistan/Afghanistan, International Rescue Committee, and Punjab Rural Support Program in different Positions. He has authored training manuals and courses. His family is a direct victim of terrorism.
