Ammar is a HR Professional and Learning & Development trainer in the development sector, currently working under USAID project, which nurtures a deep desire to aspire to inspire with an optimist approach while transforming positive youth empowerment and engagement through his community service and voluntary work to create resilience. Ammar started his journey of community service in 2015 with the aim of creating awareness & development in the marginalized communities regarding education and peace.
Ammar has become an active part of CVE & CRA initiatives and projects in diverse districts of Karachi. He has conducted 30 plus modules training on community development, personal and professional development along with entrepreneurship and social enterprise models with youth of Karachi. He has trained almost 500 plus youth who conducted social action projects in their communities under his thematic mentoring including: gender equality, promote peace education, women empowerment, SDGS, media literacy, critical thinking, prevent domestic violence, and counter violence extremism. With his skills and background knowledge he had been engaged in countering violence extremism via interfaith harmony with at-risk communities and youth of Karachi under the banner project of Azm e Naujwan. And during this he has mentored and facilitated 30+ social action projects.
Moreover, He is a certified trainer and carries love for wisdom which is shown through his book review series as a learning champ. He aims to create a positive peaceful community with all majors of leadership and resources which drive him to found “The Learning Curve”, as the Co-Founder to bring technology friendly environment in the era of digital transformation.
