Naveeda Mansoor hailing from Chitral has earned a Master degree in Peace and Conflict Studies  from National University of Modern Languages Islamabad. She acquired three years’ work experience in the development sector particularly in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management. She is currently working as a business development officer with a Health based startup in Islamabad and she is also the co-founder of “Local Wocal” which is helping the local farmers and  artisan to have access to the bigger market. She has also worked with LUMS in the KP impact  challenge project. 

She has knowledge of developing M&E systems, Conflict analysis, Conflict Management and  Conducting Research Studies. Her field experience includes monitoring and designing projects  related to youth development, health, education and research studies. She has been involved in  voluntary work since 2010, she has been a volunteer of Aga Khan Health Services, Aga Khan  Education Services, Aga Khan Council for Pakistan and Chitral Heritage and Environmental Society. 

Her personal skills include the ability to multitask, stay organized and to adjust to different work  conditions in a fast and timely fashion. It also includes being dependable, organized and observant  with the ability to pay close to attention to detail. Besides she has strong passion for humanitarian  and development work particularly human rights, women empowerment, and sustainable  development.
