I am a final year law student and working at “Haider Waheed Firm”. I am also a public speaker and social activist whose aim is to bring peace and harmony in the society through the implementation of law. My social services amalgamated women empowerment, conflict resolution through ADR, bridges making with sister communities. After the qualification of “Messenger of Peace “I did voluntary service with IDBSA and PHQ for the creation of peace and harmony in the society. I did voluntary service as a camp organizer in distinct areas of interior Sindh for the readily approach of academic and soft skills among those children who are deprived from their inalienable rights.

After Salamti Fellowship Cohort III, It had given a notion to create “Justice for All”. Its short-term aim will be creating awareness pertinent to Fundamental rights and Human rights. Subsequently, its long- term planning will embodies a platform for needy people who are unaware about the legal procedures and provide assistance to them when their rights will be abridged. In a nutshell, “Justice for All” will work for the creation of peaceful society by elimination of violence, radicalization, counter terrorism and extremism.

Mindfulness has been found to reduce depressive symptoms. Whereas, meditation is the real tool to our own personal sorrows, and to the anxieties, fears, hatreds, and general confusions that beset the human condition. By engaging with a particular meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice offers a means to cultivate new and more positive ways of being. It’s pertinent that from four out of three are engaged in the metal health issues. Approximately, 15000 suicides have been recorded and majority of such cases are of individuals under the age of 25

2.Our unmet needs in the form of spiritual, mental, physical and emotional can also create conflict. It’s not possible to having the unanimity of opinion always when there is a contradictory opinion which may hurts our emotions can create conflict.

 3. Our different values can also repercussion to cause conflict. There are some traditionally created values like to sit in this manner, to speak in this manner, to act in this manner, to think in this manner, sometimes these values can create conflict when there is no unanimity of opinion exists among people. It’s easy to stay neutral in other conflicts but it’s not possible to stay neutral in our own conflicts because they are directly affected us.

After knowing the three root causes of conflict, there is a way to understand conflict and make an opportunity to improve my life. If we will create a balance between emotions, logic and empathy. Dehumanization involves redefining the targets of prejudice and violence by making them seem less human (that is, less civilized or less sentient) than other people.  The classic strategy for this is to use terms like “animals”.  Referring to people as “illegals” is also dehumanizing. You’ll see dehumanization at work in most large-scale atrocities or genocides committed by governments, armies, or terrorists.  The main purpose is to get people to accept or even engage in behaviors that they know are wrong.

For more than a decade, FATA (The Federally Administered Tribal Area) had faced dehumanization. Majority of the population at FATA embody Pashtuns. Pakistan Army had conducted Zarb e Azb operation in North Waziristan. The operation had displaced about two million people and it destroys many schools, hospitals and homes. In the twenty-fifth amendment, FATA had become a part of Khyber Pakhtun Khawa. In FATA 99 % of the people are the Pashtu speaking. At FATA, the lives of the people at FATA are affected worst they are insecure because of there any time a possibility of the bomb and drawn attacks.
